**Minimum requirements**:
Must have Chemical, Manufacturing / Mining experience

The purpose of the role is to support the Group Compliance Officer in the enablement of the Group Compliance Management System.

Execute compliance activities based on the risk-based regulatory and ethics compliance plan in order to provide assurance on the level of regulatory compliance for the business.

Provide advice to the business on compliance with applicable laws and regulations to ensure ongoing adherence and compliance.

Execute regulatory compliance breach management and follow-up processes for the business in order to address the identification, analysis and resolution

processes to be followed as well as escalation procedures.

Administration and implementation of select group-wide compliance training and ethics programs.

Compliance software administration, data-capturing, reporting, and the conduct of compliance risk workshops.

Plan and implement the initiation of critical statutory compliance projects relevant to the business and monitor the appropriate implementation thereof by the business.

Capturing and maintenance of Group license and permit repository.
