Century City, South Africa Job Crystal Full time

He/she will be required to complete the following tasks and assuming the following responsibilities:
**1.** **Responsible for the Group Accounts.**
- Debtors
- Creditors
- Process customer invoices, checks, receipts, and other documents
- Upload all available supplier invoices, cash slips, supplier statements, bank statements and any other 3rd party documents to SAGE
- Upkeep of Supplier & Customer database: Contact details, Banking details; BEE status; Etc.
- Manage all customer accounts reconciliations
- Monitor financial transactions
- Maintain finance data and update records accordingly

**2.** **Manage Group Cashflows/Budget reporting**
- Track all income and expense reporting
- Reviewing of project tracker reports and upload to SAGE
- Respond to ad hoc requests for reporting and financial information
- Ensure all documents are properly signed and distributed
- Manage cashflows for the Group companies
- Communicate with vendors/suppliers and customers.
- Reconciling petty cash expenses and credit card expenses and upload all invoices and schedules to SAGE
- Additional duties within your skill set advantageous:

- Prepare quotations to assist Project Manager.
- Estimate quantities, costs and time scales for material and Labour.
- Track changes in scope of works and update costings and budgets.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Have at least five years appropriate skills and experience within the disciplines for which the Bookkeeper will be responsible for.

2. Sales estimating experience advantageous.

3. Must have a higher education degree and or certificate.

4. Have a valid Drivers license.

**Salary**: Up to R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Century City, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
