**Role Purpose**
- Perform quality control and assurance of data on business systems, to ensure standards are met and to maintain and monitor the quality assurance process.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualifcation
- Relevant degree or tertiary qualification
- 2-3 years’ relevant experience
- Insurance industry experience
- Experience in client services
- Business knowledge
- Knowledge of relevant products, processes, systems and applicable legislation
- Knowledge of relevant legislation that is applicable to the business area
- Knowledge of the legislative impact on the insurance industry.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide independent assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of the control environment for operational processes and procedures.
- Assess the quality of data captured on business systems against quality standards to ensure correctness of data.
- Identify, report on and monitor process and system improvements required.
- Identify any possible gaps, risks or training requirements for internal processes and procedures and engage with the relevant stakeholders to compile action plans.
- Collate information regarding quality assurance and adherence to standard operating procedures to obtain a holistic view of the operational environment.
- Report on areas of opportunity and risk within the team(s) and make recommendations to close identified gaps.
- In conjunction with the line manager provide the team with constructive feedback with regards to quality assurance assessments.
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members to achieve desired quality levels.
- Implement quality assurance processes, standards and requirements to ensure quality of the operational environment is monitored and maintained.
- Design, develop and deliver innovative sales training content that is tailored to departmental and business objectives.
- Build a repository of dynamic sales materials, including presentations, e-learning modules and workshops that support a range of learning style.
- Regularly update content to reflect industry trends, campaign needs, and best practices.
- Deliver high-impact sales training sessions to improve knowledge techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct 1:1 and group coaching sessions to enhance individual and team performance.
- Utilize proven coaching methodologies such as GROW to foster skill development and unlock colleague potential.
- Set and track SMART goals, ensuring continuous improvement against key sales metrics.
- Provide actionable feedback, leveraging performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze and interpret sales performance data to identify gaps and tailor interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate with leadership to align coaching and training initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Act as a performance champion, ensuring colleagues meet and exceed commercial and efficiency targets.
- Partner with management to ensure alignment on sales strategies and training priorities.
- Share best practice and maintain a library of high quality, scalable sales training materials.
- Stay informed about market trends and innovations to incorporate cutting edge strategies into sales coaching and training.
