Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and financial accuracy? Our Client is seeking a **Financial Clerk** to join their team in Durbanville. If you meet the following requirements, we’d love to hear from you:
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years in an accounting-focused role.
- **Software Skills**: Proficient in MS Office, Xero, Sage Payroll, and Dext.
- **Responsibility**: High sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills.
- **Pressure Handling**: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- **Accuracy**: Transparency and accuracy when recording/capturing information.
- **Transport**: Must have reliable transport to and from the workplace.
**Duties (not limited to)**:
- Accurate processing of supplier invoices using Dext.
- Preparing supplier accounts for payments and supplier reconciliation on Dext & Xero.
- Completing bank reconciliations on Xero.
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers to gather necessary information for processing.
- Active participation in day-to-day operational activities within the admin, finance, and hotel departments.
- Processing all leave forms on Sage and preparing summaries for the HR Manager.
- Handling casual workers’ payslips and ensuring timely payment.
- Managing petty cash efficiently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
