**About the Role**:
Ekhos is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Junior Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in developing and executing strategic online marketing campaigns that amplify our clients' brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Craft and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, building brand loyalty.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing industry trends.
- Manage paid social campaigns to maximize reach and impact (opportunity to learn and grow in this area).

**Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling and relevant content for websites, blogs, and social media.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta, and Sprout Social to track and analyze digital marketing performance, providing insights for campaign optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a relevant field (or a strong portfolio demonstrating marketing skills).
- Strong understanding of core digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and common marketing tools (e.g. Sprout Social).
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is a plus.
