**Responsibilities**:
**E-Commerce Management**: Oversee and optimize product listings on our WooCommerce/WordPress platform. Ensure product descriptions are accurate, SEO-friendly, and visually appealing.

**SEO Strategy Implementation**: Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings, focusing on keyword optimization, content creation, and website performance

**Social Media Management**: Plan, create, and manage regular organic posts across multiple platforms, including crafting engaging content that aligns with our brand’s message and aesthetic.

**Content Creation**: Write compelling, informative, and engaging copy for a variety of digital formats, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials. Tailor content to different audience segments to maximize reach and impact.

**Analytics Monitoring**: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor and report on website traffic, engagement metrics, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Make data-driven decisions to improve digital strategies.

**Collaboration and Coordination**: Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure that marketing materials accurately reflect product specifications and company values. Participate in cross-departmental meetings to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.

**Digital Advertising**: Assist in managing online advertising campaigns, including PPC (pay-per-click) and retargeting efforts, to drive traffic and conversions.

**Market Research**: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Analyze competitor activities and market demands.

**Brand Advocacy**: Act as a brand advocate, ensuring all digital content reflects the brand’s voice and adheres to corporate identity standards. Engage with online communities and respond to customer queries on social media and other platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an engineering or design-focused industry.
- Proficient in managing WooCommerce/WordPress sites.
- Strong grasp of SEO and social media strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with an ability to translate technical content into engaging marketing material.
- Team player with a proactive approach and a knack for problem-solving

**Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing analytics.
