Client Services Specialist Position

This role involves assisting with the presales administration process, product implementation administration process, and post-administration process, working with various insurance companies, clients, and Wealth Managers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- data capturing,
- withdrawals, and transfers from end to end, as well as
- liaising with clients and providers.

Effective communication with both clients and Wealth Managers is essential. You will also be expected to communicate with providers and brokers.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

- knowledge of Financial Services Regulatory and Legislative Requirements, such as FAIS, FICA, POPI, and TCF.
- Additionally, familiarity with Financial Services Products, including investment products and long-term insurance products and services, is required.

**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Florida, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
