- The role of the Sage Intacct Intern is to provide support to the sales and presales teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are performed with precision and timely
Positive contribution to the customer satisfaction score (NPS)
Assisting sales collogues with administrative tasks on Salesforce.
Ensuring pipeline is updated, forecast correctly, opportunities extracted and that no opportunities are stale
Scheduling appointments - ensuring partners, sales colleagues and presales colleagues are all invited to
meetings
Phone campaigns - calling potential Sage Intacct customers to see if they would be interested to migrate to Sage Intacct
Skills, know-how and experience:
B.Degree or National Diploma in Marketing or related
Preferred:
Background in Accounting
Self-starter who can work individually and as part of a team
Knowledge of other Sage Accounting solutions
Strong customer focus and high-level customer service ethics
Be bold and have a positive approach
Be able to simplify process and communicate it effectively
Instill trust with both colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
