Provide all technical resources required for call centre networking operations in terms of firewalls, data switches, router, network management, hardware, software, networking, and interface with WAN connectivity etc.
- Responsible for proactively recognizing technical issues affecting the production and resolving possible performance problems.
- Maintaining network documentation and records of all controlled changes to network and network services.
- Troubleshoot and restore network problems in coordination with technical support and all service providers involved.
- Monitoring Network for performance and utilization, and report network status on a periodic basis.
- Work with the vendors and service providers to resource, install and commission bandwidth and network equipment as per project plans.
- Prepare contingency plans for system failures.
