TBô enables the everyday man to create their own products without any hassle.

Until recently TBô has specialized in men’s underwear but is rapidly expanding into other new categories, such as loungewear and sportswear.

**Role Description & Objective**:
You’ll be able to use your maximum creative capacity here, no holding back You will have access to photographers, videographers and software to assist in reaching your goals for growth and attractive visuals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The Digital Media Manager’s responsibilities are:

- **Shopify Store Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the TBô Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and storefront optimization to enhance user experience and maximize conversions.
- **Advertising Creation**: Craft captivating advertising content across various platforms, including social media, PPC, and display networks. Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing ads that resonate with our target audience.
- **Community Management**:Act as the voice of the brand within our online communities. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a loyal community around our brand.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Leverage understanding of statistics to analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-informed decisions to optimize marketing efforts. Proficiency in using Excel sheets for data analysis and reporting is essential.

Sometimes there will be those nitty-gritty admin tasks but that’s the easy part Such as organizing work into spreadsheets and sometimes reports via meetings or online documents.

It really helps if you’re comfortable with the following skills:

- Photo editing
- Video editing
- Understanding of visual art
- SMS software (Attentive preferred)
- Postcard software (Postpilot preferred)

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce store management, preferably with Shopify.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages that drive action.
- Graphic design experience, with proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Solid background in advertising, with a track record of creating successful digital ads.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and our online community.
- Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of statistics, comfortable in making data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using Excel or similar spreadsheet tools for data analysis and reporting.
- A proactive, creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Education**:

- At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, but not essential

**Experience**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a focus on e-commerce and community engagement.
