**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**: Formal education through a culinary school or technical college will be an advantage
Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment
Understanding of food safety practices and health guidelines
Experience with cake decoration techniques
Excellent time-management and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of chemical processes, recipes, labelling and mixing in baking
**Experience**: Previous experience as a baker in a commercial bakery.
**Knowledge**: Understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
**Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy bags of ingredients.
**Attention to Detail**: Precision in measuring ingredients and following recipes.
**Team Player**: Collaborative attitude and effective communication skills.
**Flexibility**: Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
**Hygiene Standards**: Adherence to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards.
**Creativity**: Ability to contribute ideas for new baked goods is a plus.
