DUTIES
- Provide administrative support in the Legal department
- Schedule meetings and other appointments on behalf of the Legal Advisors in the Department
- Open and maintain legal files in accordance with legal practices
- Assist with handling legal administration requirements
- Organize and maintain legal documents, and case files
- Check and monitor standing instructions
- Assist legal advisors with legal research
- Assist in the development of tender contracts
- Assist with the Contracts Register by ensuring that it is in place and up to date
- Maintain records and a database of legal service providers
- Assist in maintaining legal opinions database
- Attend to adhoc requests emanating from the Legal Services management
- Matric or equivalent
- A 3 Year Diploma or Equivalent in Law
