**Autos Machine Setter - Single/Multi Spindle**

**Maitland R35 000 - 50 000 pm**

**PROCESS BASIC EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:
**Formal schooling/degree**
- Qualified Artisan.
- AA Sliding Head Auto Setter.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a high
- volume precision mechanical engineering environment.
- Good Technical Knowledge of drawings, equipment, and machinery.

**Languages**:

- English and Afrikaans.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:

- On-Time Delivery.
- Production schedule attainment.
- Capacity utilization.
- Total cycle time.
- Scrap.

**INTERPERSONAL SKILLS/VALUES**:

- Good communications skills (verbal/non-verbal).
- Effective decision maker and results oriented.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-solving ability.
- Conflict handling and resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

**MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Machines are set and maintained for producing components to the planning productivity and quality standards.
- Operators are fully instructed in the operation of the respective machine process prior to full operation of the machine under minimum supervision.
- Setting scrap is kept to a minimum and segregated from acceptable production.
- All production remains identified during all manufacturing stages.
- Corrective action is immediately taken when adverse trends are noted or brought to his attention.
- Maintain good housekeeping.

**COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS**:

- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in various Single/Multi Spindle Autos machine.
- Problem solving: Ability to identify faults; problems and determine solutions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations (safety conscious at all times).
- Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools including repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of safety regulations.

Pay: R35 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month
