**Position: Artisan/Apprentice (Auto electrical)**

Quickloc8 is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Artisan to join our Engineering team. The primary objective of the Apprentice/Artisan (Auto Electrical) role at Quickloc8 is to support the company's mission of developing and implementing innovative auto electrical solutions that enhance the safety and efficiency of transportation for commuters in South Africa. As an Apprentice/Artisan, your main goal is to contribute to the installation, maintenance, and repair of Quickloc8's auto electrical products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality and reliability. Your work directly impacts the effectiveness of our solutions, helping us fulfill our commitment to modernizing the transportation industry and improving the overall commuter experience.

**What will you be doing**:

- Install and commission Quickloc8’s auto electrical products.
- Carry out fault findings and repairs on the deployed hardware.
- Available to travel to other provinces on a as needed basis
- Complete job card with regards to work done and actual time taken
- Ensure safekeeping and upkeep of assigned company vehicle.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure safe keeping of tools and equipment.
- Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act

**About you.**
- Matric Qualification with Mathematics above 40% (Apprentice).
- Post-matric N3 will be advantageous.
- N4 or above certificate in Auto Electrical or Electrical Engineering (Artisan).

An auto-electrical trade test would be advantageous.
- Display competency in the post-specific functions.
- Have a valid light motor vehicle driver’s license.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail.
