**Team Leader - Residential Platform Operations**

Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities related to the interaction with partner consultants, sales team, installers, and finance partners in the Residential Platform division. This role will focus on ensuring efficient customer engagement, effective communication among various stakeholders, and the smooth execution of installation and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Consultant Interaction:

- Maintain regular communication with partner consultants to understand the status and interactions with individual end-customers.
- Address any escalations and small changes to quotes or discounts as requested by the sales team.

2. Customer Engagement:

- Ensure that the team is engaging with customers effectively and proactively contacting them.
- Monitor customer payments and escalate any payment issues to the finance partner.
- Keep the sales and installer teams updated on upcoming installations and customer payments.

3. Installer Engagement:

- Collaborate with installers during site visits and gather post-site visit feedback.
- Relay installer feedback and information to the quoting team.
- Manage installer payments and address any stock or customer queries before and during installations.

4. Customer Requests and Documentation:

- Ensure that all customer requests, such as Certificates of Compliance (COC) and invoice requests, are handled promptly and accurately.

5. Team Oversight:

- Oversee the team to ensure that all members are up to date with installer requests and finance partner updates.
- Maintain visibility of stock levels and ensure that stocked kits contain the necessary panels and items.

6. Stock Management:

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, particularly Commercial Head of Residential Energy, to manage stock levels effectively.
- Ensure that the Platform warehouses have the correct stock levels based on demand forecasts.

7. Rebates and Credit Notes:

- Process credit notes for any rebates to partners or funds returned to customers.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- At Minimum a Matric/ NQF4 qualification, Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating leadership and operational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with financial processes and payment management.
- Knowledge of stock management and forecasting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Willingness to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.
