**Do you have 6+ months of sales experience in call centre? Then we want YOU**

**Responsibilities**
- Cold calling customers to inform them about a product or service
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and suggest best available solutions to close deals.
- Manage customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months experience in telesales call centre (UK preferred)
- Previous experience in Telecommunications e.g. Teleperformance, Vodaphone, iiNet will be to your advantage.
- Based within the surroundings of Claremont
- Willing to work UK Hours (Mon-Sat 10am-7pm / 11am-8pm)
- Matric or equivalent
- Neutral english accent

**Remuneration**:

- R4000-R9000 basic monthly salary (dependent on experience)
- Uncapped commission
- Medical insurance
- Employee wellness programme

**Salary**: R4,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Claremont, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
