**Commercial Insurance Customer Support Representative (CSR)**

**Position**: Commercial Insurance Customer Support Representative (CSR)
**Experience**: Previous experience in the Commercial Insurance industry required
**Role**: Providing exceptional customer support in a CSR capacity
**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 3pm-11pm SA Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Address client inquiries regarding policy details, coverage options, claims procedures, and billing matters.
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist clients with policy renewals, adjustments, and endorsements.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients, ensuring they fully understand their policies and options.
- Handle escalated client issues with empathy and professionalism, striving for swift and effective resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to effectively assist clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a Commercial Insurance setting is essential.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Adaptability to handle a variety of client inquiries and situations.
- Relevant insurance certifications or licenses may be beneficial
