**What you’ll be doing day to day**:
**Operations**
- Assist with all eCommerce operational tasks
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor and management
- Assisting with ad hoc logistics related tasks
- Assisting with ad hoc operational tasks

**E-Commerce**
- Assisting with product descriptions and operations initiatives for the Zoie shop
- Assist in preparing, packing and shipping Zoie shop orders
- Assist in regular stock takes, quality checks and sorting of Zoie shop items
- Assisting with ad hoc pharmacy/shop tasks

**General and Admin**
- Keeping up-to-date with digital technology and women’s health and wellness trends
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks - both general and for sales
- we’re looking for someone who’s bought into the vision and has the right skills and attitude to get things done.
- **Strong work ethic and a fast learner. **We work exceptionally quickly at Zoie Health, this fast paced environment requires you to pick up and master tasks quickly. In addition, you should have a willingness to help participate on projects no matter how large or small with a positive attitude and the ability to learn on the go.
- **Organised, structured and methodical mindset. **Ability to prioritise and plan work, multi-task, meet schedules, resolve problems and think creatively.
- **Exceptional communication skills.** You can communicate excellently across various platforms with team members.
- **Attitude.** You are passionate about the problem we’re looking to solve. You have a positive attitude, open to change, you love rolling up your sleeves and getting things done quickly and with excellence. You are independent, accountable, fast moving and take ownership.

**Must have**
- **Fully completed** NQF 6 or NQF 7 qualification in a field related to sales, marketing, operations and/or administration.

**Nice to have**
- Experience in an agile entrepreneurial or start-up environment
- Experience in the healthcare field
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Slack and Trello
