IT Internship

**Mandatory**:
South African Citizen

Valid South African drivers licence

**Minimum education**: Matric or a higher degree
Clear criminal record
Basic computer skills
Previous experience in having dealt in a service/customer-facing environment

Day-to-day desktop support
Basic laptop/desktop hardware maintenance
Creating support guides as needed
Work with our suppliers to ensure users' laptops are repaired timeously
Basic knowledge of networking (cabling, access points, routers, firewalls, DHCP)
Work well under pressure
Ability to handle support queries professionally
Understanding of Windows Servers, Remote Desktops, and User management
Basic understanding of mail servers, mail flows, and Office 365 Admin
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask
