- Matric / NQF equivalent
- No Criminal Record
- South African citizens
- Australian based clients - therefore you are required to work night shift
- 1 year Call centre experience working with International Clients
- Technical Aptitude
- Experience ISP centre environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of Telecoms and IT industry
- Brilliant command of the English Language as you will be speaking to Australian Clients
- MS EXCEL, MS WORD, MS OUTLOOK, Numeracy
- Excellent command of the English Language both written and verbal

**Additional Information regarding this opportunity**:

- Training Rate is R30phr
- Go-Live Rate is R35phr

**Salary**: R30.00 - R35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salt River, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- ENGLISH (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
