- 1 year Technical Support Call centre experience working with International Clients
- Technical Aptitude
- Experience ISP centre environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of Telecoms and IT industry
- Brilliant command of the English Language as you will be speaking to Australian Clients
- MS EXCEL, MS WORD, MS OUTLOOK, Numeracy
- Excellent command of the English Language both written and verbal

**Additional Information regarding this opportunity**:

- Training is 9 to 15 weeks training in Salt River
- Training Rate is R35phr and after completion of training, rates will be increased depending on your level of Technical Support Call Centre experience

**Salary**: R35.00 - R37.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salt River, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
