You will assist Supply Chain Management as SCM Practitioners. The temps must have full knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management and procurement as per PFMA regulations in the public sector.

**Outputs**:

- Updating Weekly/Monthly reports and other related functions at SCM
- Compilation of Contract and SLAs for approval
- Compilation of RFQ documentation for issuing on the CSD
- Evaluation and negotiation of RFQ’s in line with Government Procurement Legal Framework read together with procurement policies and procedures
- Compile recommendation of award for approval
- Tender administration
- Updating the Contract Register
- Contract Administration
- Audit reviews for Compliance
- Filing of documents
- Liaison with Project Managers and Contractors
- Bid /RFQ file compliance against checklist
- Application of National Treasury Regulations
- RFQ processing
- Tender processing
- Contract Management.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Diploma in SCM or equivalent
- 3 or more years of experience in SCM (RFQ processing, Contract Management and Audit reviews for compliance)
