**Position: Mid-Level ISP Support Technician**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Troubleshooting Network Issues**: Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems, assist with router setup, and configure systems to ensure smooth internet access. Handle intermediate network issues, including Wi-Fi connectivity, utilizing advanced troubleshooting techniques.

**Policy and Procedure Adherence**: Maintain strict compliance with company policies and regulations during all interactions and resolutions.

**Continuous Learning**: Engage in continuous training and development to keep up with industry advancements and enhance technical skills.

**Collaborative Efforts**: Assist field technicians with on-site tasks such as Wi-Fi network installations and access point deployments.

**Documentation Management**: Help create and update support documentation, including knowledge base articles and training materials.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
**Ticket Management**: Manage and prioritize incoming queries and requests in our ticketing system according to urgency and impact. Respond promptly within agreed SLA timelines and conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Resolution Coordination**: Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

**Documentation**: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions within the ticketing system.

**Continuous Improvement**: Identify and suggest enhancements in response times and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- A valid driver’s license and a minimum of 2 years of experience are required.
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT company is essential.

Pay: R6 500,00 - R10 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Umhlanga Rocks, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
