Description:
**Key Performance areas**

**Duties**
- Lead assigned HR projects or initiatives
- Organise, compile, update company employee records and documentation
- Manage and update HR databases
- Prepare, manage and store HR documentation
- Assist in posting job ads internally/externally
- Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Take minutes in meetings
- Ensure that training initiatives are executed based on the approved training plan and training committee recommendations
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Assist with Employment Equity initiatives and meetings

**Requirements**:
**Core Requirements**
- Grade 12 (Matric) with an HR qualification
- SAGE 300 and or Signify working experience compulsory for at least 3 - 4 years
- Previous experience in a similar role for a minimum of 5 years
- Experience with the whole recruitment life cycle
- Experience with performance management
- Experience with training execution
- Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite
- Experience with government or a State Owned Company advantageous
- Experience working with and managing body shop employees will be advantageous
