Kethstone Engineering and Infrastructure is seeking a skilled and experienced **Crane Driver** with expertise in operating cranes in a demanding **induction furnace environment**. As a Crane Driver at our company, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently managing material movement, ensuring optimal performance of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate cranes to lift, transport, and position materials, particularly in an induction furnace environment.
- Perform pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working order.
- Plan and execute lifts in collaboration with the production and rigging teams.
- Monitor crane operations to avoid accidents or damage to equipment.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental protocols specific to high-temperature industrial settings.
- Assist in routine crane maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of operations and equipment inspections.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Crane Driver with at least **5 years in an industrial or induction furnace environment**.
- Valid crane operating certification and competency in operating overhead and mobile cranes.
- Familiarity with material handling in high-temperature manufacturing settings.
- Strong understanding of rigging techniques, load capacities, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and load charts.
- Excellent coordination, spatial awareness, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to standards.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with induction furnaces or similar high-temperature industrial processes.
- Additional certifications in heavy equipment or rigging.
