**_Qualifications:_**

Matric (essential)

Computer literate: MS Excel and MS Word (beneficial)

Valid Driver’s license Code 8 (beneficial)

**_Experience/Skills:_**

Knowledge of working with electrical and pneumatic tools.

Able to read and understand technical drawings

Overhead Crane training

1 Year CNC milling/Lathe experience (essential)

Able to work shifts

Must be able to start immediately or short notice (contract position)
- **Duties**:_

Setting of CNC Lathe and Milling machines.

Programming of machines where necessary.

Condition of all jigs forms part.

Report all machines problems to supervisor.

Setter to do a handover to the operator when setup is done.

Report of faulty programming.

Signing of drawings and operators log when finished.

Pre-planning according to schedule to ensure mínimal downtime.

Housekeeping

Assist with training of the operators.

Assist with the planning of materials required and fetching of materials as needed.

Control and maintain consumables usage.

Manage and monitor all quality and quantity produced.

Constant monitoring of machines to ensure maximum productivity.

Contract length: 3 months
