**About the role**:
**# of subordinates**:
The individual will be required to lead a team and drive sales within the region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of personnel (team of 3 reportees).
- Manage inbound and outbound movement of products.
- Ensure that sales representative conduct sales, maintain client base etc.
- Previous experience in sales, supervising a team. Additionally, restaurant or retail experience is a must.
- Must be able to work under pressure and reach daily deadlines.
- Job will consist mainly out of Sales, Admin, Operations and staff management.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the depot
- Managing a customer base and developing plans to increase business
- Maximising growth and profitability
- Ensuring that high levels of service are maintained
- Holding team meetings
- Liaising with key customers to make sure they’re satisfied with the depot’s performance
- Managing stock levels
- Monitoring health and safety in the depot
- Meeting with national sales managers to share best practice, retrieve information and implement.

**Skill requirements**:

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Detail orientated
- Highly energetic and enthusiastic
- People-orientated
- Forward thinking ability
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Educational requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification (marketing, sales, hospitality etc.)
- Matric (National Senior Certificate)
