**Purpose of the Job**:

- To administer and control the dispatch of Packaged Lubes from DDC to Local customers and to optimize the customer service levels as well as follow the planning processes to drive down cost to serve, and ensure customers are satisfied by delivering OTIF

**What you’ll have done before**:
**Baseline**:

- NQF Level 5 (Diploma in Operations/ Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Engineering)
- Relevant warehousing, freight forwarding and Transport Management System experience
- Advanced MS Office Computer literate (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- SAP and ERP experience

**Advantageous**:

- University qualification - Supply Chain
- 3 years Fuel/Chemical/Logistic experience

**Exciting Challenges you might face in the role**:

- Key driver of internal customer service measure - (OTIF)
- Scheduling of orders - working very closely with csc and sales to ensure customer replenishments.
- Ensure stock quality and quality of loads dispatched
- Manage stock control
- Compliance to the necessary health and safety standards within the warehouse
- Ensure appropriate corporate governance rules are followed and implementation of best-practice in Bulk Chemicals Transportation
- Directly responsible for Tier 1 assurance audits
- Track monthly cost centre spend
- Manage the execution of the order delivery schedule
- Ensure that there are no violations on transport operations
- Ensure fleet/ driver optimization
- Adhere to RSTOG audits and requirements
- Ensure compliance to HSEQ policies and procedures
- Own ICAM video telematics system for site and track vehicle movements, investigate triggered icam events and correct behaviour were necessary

**What you will be doing**:

- To execute the administration & distribution of Bulk Chemicals in order to contribute to the optimisation of the supply chain
- Engage and manage customers, sales and supply chain associates to deliver outstanding customer service through a combination of operational excellence and customer centricity initiatives.
- Own the order to invoice process for the DC and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate dispatch activities with transport service provider to deliver world-class service to customers
