**POSITION**:
Sales Leads Administrator - Temporary (Fixed Term Contract of 2 months)
**APPOINTMENT DATE**:
14 June 2023
**CHARACTERISTICS/TRAITS REQUIRED**:
Attributes must include honesty, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
The Lead Administrator will be responsible for validating leads and distributing them to the respective sales consultants. The role involves calling leads, confirming their details and interest, allocating them to the appointed sales representative, capturing lead information on the lead register, updating feedback on the lead register, and maintaining accurate records of leads for reporting purposes.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Call leads to confirm their details and interest in the company's products and services
- Allocate leads to the next appointed sales representative with all relevant details, including name, full address, current provider, existing alarm, and contact number
- Check the company's system to verify if a lead is an existing client or not
- Capture lead information on the lead register and assign it to the relevant sales consultant
- Update feedback on the lead register from sales consultants, including lost leads and the reason for losing the lead
- Update the marketing team on digital leads, using the appropriate channel (Meagan)
- Update the reaction register on Google Drive to prepare incentives for reaction officers (Zandre)
- Check Power BI to confirm that leads are distributed equally to each consultant
- Send consultants pending leads for feedback to update the lead register
No job description can be all encompassing. Associated duties, which can be reasonably considered to be part of the job, shall form part of the job responsibilities. In addition, if required, an employee may be allocated to other temporary duties, provided these are keeping within his/her status and experience.
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
**KNOWLEDGE & CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management skills
Computer literate with Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
