- Working hours from 7h30 to 17h30
- Able to work on Saturdays 8h00 - 13h00

**Requirements**:

- SA Citizen

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture daily parts and stock purchased from suppliers.
- Return incorrect parts - create credit notes
- Capture supplier credit notes
- Monitor refunds for returned parts
- Admin / Filing
- Follow up on Part Claims
- Responsible for parts movement
- Monitor stock levels
- Monitor buying price of parts corresponds with quoted price
- Assist Service Advisors & Manage
- Manage daily usage of special tools and diagnostic equipment by technicians via logbook.
- Receive and check parts deliveries according to purchase orders.
- Build professional relationships with suppliers.
- Build Excellent part specific supplier knowledge.
- Carry out regular stock take.
