**JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK X1 **MARTENITY COVER

**LOCATION**:RIVONIA(GAUTENG)

**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**: To control and process supplier payments.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric or equivalent (Please attach a copy of your matric certificate
- At least 2 years’ experience as Creditors role or similar role
- Sage 300 Accounts Payable experience preferred
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excel (Intermediate level)
- Excellent communication skills (English - verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Decision making skills
- Hard working
- Self Motivated
- Detail Orientated
- Time management
- Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word-processing programs

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Processing supplier invoices
- Preparing creditors reconciliations
- Load supplier payments and beneficiaries on the bank
- Liaison with suppliers and resolving queries
- Responsible for general admin duties related to debtors and creditors
- Follow up and report on outstanding accounts
- Provide support to financial manager
- Investigate and clear all queries arising on processing of debtor and creditors

**Salary**: R15,000.00 per month
