Office Assistant

**Duties: The incumbent’s primary duties will be to**:
**General: (Includes but is not limited to the following)**
- Ensure you peruse and understand the contents of the company’s ICP and compliance with all
- Regulatory Functions
- Ensure the all the offices are cleaned daily
- Ensure company workshop is cleaned three times a week
- Provide refreshments to GM, guests and directors as and when required
- Control and order required office groceries and other essentials
- Make sure all Zoning confirmation is received and filed in the correct site files
- Conduct all company vehicle inspections and reports to GM and head office
- Assist in general office duties.
- Set up meetings and arrange refreshments.
- Assist in ordering of stationery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager/National Manager/Managing Director
**Qualifications & experience**
- National Senior Certificate
- Working experience as an admin
- Integrity
- Computer Literate
- Telephone etiquette
