At Zena Safety, we are on a mission to provide accessible and inclusive mental health support to women of all backgrounds. We are seeking volunteer counselors to join our team and help us create a safe and nurturing space for women to prioritize their mental well-being. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide virtual counseling sessions to women seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem challenges.
- Offer compassionate listening, evidence-based interventions, and personalized guidance to help clients navigate their mental health journey.
- Collaborate with our team to develop innovative programs, workshops, and resources aimed at promoting women’s mental wellness and empowerment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for supporting women’s mental wellness.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a startup environment.
- Comfortable working remotely and conducting virtual counseling sessions using secure communication platforms.
- Please ensure you have stable connectivity as sessions will be done online.
