- Diary Management
- Management of day-to-day activities and projects
- E-mail correspondence
- Diary Management
- Typing of minutes and other documentation
- Management of department related requests and proposals
- Organization and time Management
- Matric with related Tertiary qualification (Secretarial Diploma or related)
- Minimum of 6 years’ secretarial and administration experience in a secretarial or personal assistant role TO SENIOR LEVEL
- Experience gained within retail marketing sector on H/O level highly desired / advantageous
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant software (Advanced level MS Office, SAP and GSuite knowledge)
- Bilingual in English AND Afrikaans (read, write, speak fluently)
- Prioritisation and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Conflict handling skills
- Own reliable transport
- Willing to go the extra mile to meet with operational outcomes
