Kendrick Recruitment is currently hiring a **Hospitality Manager** for a luxury 5* Game Lodge Limpopo. This exciting opportunity requires a dedicated and passionate individual to lead a team, deliver world-class guest experiences, and manage key operational areas.

**Role Description**:
The **Hospitality Manager** will oversee the smooth running of the Guest Delight Division and ensure that guests receive exceptional service at all times. The role involves managing a dynamic team, overseeing beverage stock control, ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction, and collaborating with various departments to maintain high standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Guest Delight Service**: Ensure warm, personalized guest interactions, and deliver a world-class experience through service excellence in the Dining Room, Boma, and special events.
- ** Beverage Control**: Manage beverage stock, implement daily stock control systems, monitor stock levels, handle purchasing, and perform stocktakes and reconciliation.
- ** Team Management**: Lead, motivate, and develop the Guest Delight Service team, ensuring training and performance management. Foster a culture of guest-focused service and teamwork.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with the Food and Beverage department, Front of House, and Lodge Management to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.
- ** Administration**: Oversee the daily administrative tasks related to stock, stocktakes, invoices, and other operational functions.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proactive, flexible, and solutions-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage pressure, tight deadlines, and changing environments.
- Strong administrative skills, including stock control and purchasing.
- Enthusiastic about food and wine and fostering a culture of learning within the team.
- Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the department.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A Diploma in Hospitality or Lodge Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management in a 5-star boutique lodge or Big 5 reserve.
- Knowledge of beverage management and strong administrative capabilities.
- Experience with stock control systems and purchasing.
- Code 8 driver’s license.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

**Package**:

- Monthly package: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
- Live-in position with meals provided on duty.
- Pension fund.
- Staff lodge nights.
- Work cycle: 21 days on, 7 days off.
- Annual leave: 15 days.
