Previous experience in a private school will be given preference

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role as a Bursar or Financial Administrator

Must be fully computer literate

Excellent communication with parents and pupils

**Job description**:
Report to Finance Manager

Assist FM and Principal with budgets and forecasts

Monitor expenditure

Manages and controls petty cash

Receive outstanding accounts

Receive and allocate payments accordingly

Financial reporting

Invoicing

Bank recons

Meet with parents to resolve billing and account queries

Submit invoices for approval and pay invoices

Assist with payroll
