**Floor Supervisor**

**Key Performance Areas incl.**:

- Customer service with attention to detail
- Developing and maintaining relationships with guests and staff
- Supervision of front of house and beverage staff
- Strong administration skills
- Understanding and ensuring the company brand values & standards are always met.
- Attention to detail with regards to service and aesthetics
- Cash ups and stock taking
- Accurate recording of staff time sheets & overtime
- Display exceptional leadership by providing and keeping a positive work environment
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity and leading by example

**Min. Qualifications and Job Requirements**:

- Relevant Tertiary qualification or similar
- 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Excellent people and communications skills
- A strong sense and understanding of what constitutes world class service
- A team player
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of iKentoo will be an advantage
- Own vehicle (Non-negotiable)
- Valid driver’s license (Non-negotiable)
- 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Starting date: as soon as possible
