We are a small rapidly growing windows and doors manufacturer located in Germiston, manufacturing, supply, install and after services one stop company.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven administration officer, to structure and supervise the internal processing, ensuring a smooth and growing business activities.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:*

Understanding company' needs and identifying oprational procuedures.
- **Keeping up**_ with product and service information and updates.
- **Updating**_ the daily work record

Creating and maintaining database (Microsoft Office) of current and potential needs.

Monitoring the production progress and productivities, and update report.

Filling related docs, uploading, sorting.

Researching on structure and organizing procedures and data.

Communicating with related department, and following up.

**Knowledge and Skills**:*
- Good in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Good phone and cold calling skills.
- Good customer service skills.

**Education & Experience**:*
- Minimum of College graduation
- Previous experience in office admistration.

Pay: From R6,000.00 per month
