Aluminium Fitter Foreman

THIS IS A 3 MONTH CONTRACT WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF GOING PERMANENT

Armour Elite Windows and Doors has a site foreman position available to join our site and installation teams.

1. Demonstrate active knowledge in the trade and glass and aluminium industry in the context of South Africa.

2. Hands on with installation

3. Attentive to detail and problem solving

4. Able to read and follow architectural and engineering drawings

5. Sticking to details

6. Delivery products of high quality and on time

7. Have strong sense in terms of cost and time control

8. Able to manage staff and HR matters

9. Diligent in taking size and measurements

10. Work overtime hours to get the job done

11. Make provide accurate and clear daily feedback / reports

12. Matric certificate and related qualification (beneficial)

1. From site surveying / measurements

2. Detailing with shop the requirements of the site

3. Coordinating what is the site requires with the shop/ customer

4. Leading the teams during installation

5. Time and cost keeping during installation. Including administration duties such as safety file population, site instructions and managing program.

6. Handling of multiple site simultaneously in terms of time and quality delivery

7. Providing customer with continuous feedback

8. Final sign off and after installation service

9. Diligent in delivery smooth installation from site occupation to hand over.
