**Day-to-Day Operations**: Oversee and manage the seamless integration of day-to-day operations between the mini factory and the restaurant.

**Quality Control**: Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and products to meet customer expectations.

**Work Environment**: Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and maintaining a culture of excellence.

**Ordering and Systems**: Implement efficient ordering processes and put systems in place to streamline operations.

**QPRO and GAAP Knowledge**: Utilize knowledge of QPRO and GAAP to enhance overall efficiency.

**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in both restaurant and production management.

**References**: Provide 3 traceable references attesting to your skills and performance.

**Qualification**: Possess a relevant formal qualification in restaurant or business management.

**Checks**: Willingness to undergo necessary checks, including Criminal, Credit, and Education.

**Shifts**: Restaurant shifts are from 11 am to 9 pm, and factory shifts are from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.

**Days Off**: One day off per week.

**Annual Leave**: 15 days.

**Benefits**: Medical benefits available after 3 months of employment.
