Job Role:
Coordinate production flow in factory / supervise manufacturing process

Supervise & schedule daily activities & scope of work for fitting teams

Coordinate activities between factory, project team and fitting teams on site

Oversee quality control at all stages of manufacturing process

**Requirements**:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a factory manager in a similar operation/field

Exceptional organisational & people skills

Sound understanding of carpentry and timber/allied materials

An understanding of, & experience with CNC machinery would be an advantage

Must be able to set and meet deadlines, focus on detail, but also manage big picture planning and coordinating

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
