Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary

**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Patient care and counselling.
Performing rostered weekend duties/ emergency relief on call duties.
Co-operate and collaborate with other hospital departments to provide quality patient care.
Required to serve on relevant committees within department.
Supervise and evaluate quality of patient care through patient rounds.
Communication with patients and family regarding patient care and keeping the Unit Manager of patient care problems.
Assist with the coaching of junior staff within the Unit.
Responsible for Theatre where allocated.

In possession of Operating Room Techniques Diploma
Registered Nurse with South African Nursing Council
Previous experience in Theatre as a Scrub Sister in a multi discipline environment especially vascular
At least 5 years private hospital experience in Theatre as an Scrub Nurse
Flexible with working hours and able to do calls
Able to work under pressure to maintain effectiveness during changing conditions
Ability to produce work of high quality by accurately checking processes and tasks
