**Minimum Requirements**:

- Must have a Matric or equivalent senior certificate
- 2-3 years’ switchboard & receptionist experience (30 - 40 extensions)
- Previously completed courses in admin/reception (advantageous)
- Extremely well spoken and proficient in English & Afrikaans
- Well groomed, presentable, and mature in outlook
- Have initiative and can act pro-actively when needed
- Enthusiastic, energetic, positive, and self-motivated
- Must be able to follow-through on tasks and have strong interpersonal skills
- Fully Computer Literate (MS Office Suite - Excel Intermediate) & Adobe
- Own reliable transport would be preferred but not a pre-requisite
- Onsite Position - Office Hours (Monday to Friday 08h30- 17h00)
- **Commencement Date**: January 2024 - December 2024

**Key Performance Areas**

- Serve visitors by welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer incoming calls while providing information when needed
- Receive, sort, and maintain daily pigeonholes/mail/deliveries/couriers
- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as general administration, filing,
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- Provide general administrative support
- Manage diaries for Boardrooms and schedule appointments
- Organize conference and meeting room bookings
- Organize Agent board stickers
- Monitor and maintain orders for office supplies (Stationary etc.)
- Ensure immaculate housekeeping of reception, boardroom, and meeting areas
