**Recruitment Administrator**
**Minimum Requirements***:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrator or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using recruitment software, and applicant tracking systems would be beneficial.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documentation and relevant correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organising recruitment events, preparing recruitment reports, and managing recruitment-related documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective processes and procedures.
- Perform CV typing according to the company template.
- Keep personal profiles updated in accordance with company ads, promotions, and other marketing.
- Maintained a neat and clean working environment.
- Responsible for generating visual advertising and running ad-campaigns through various marketing portals.
- Performed general and ad-hoc administrative duties such as filing documents and managing the office phone line.
