Lead the strategic definition, creation and development of the overall Enterprise Architecture strategy.
Lead the identification, evaluation of new IT technologies.
ead, manage and ensure that IT systems are aligned with the business needs of the company across the global operations.
Track and monitor the percentage of IT projects aligned with business strategy and measure the extent to which IT projects are directly supporting the organization's strategic goals.
Manage and track the time to market for new IT initiatives and will be measured against the speed at which the GEA can deliver new IT solutions that support business needs.
Manage and track the Return on investment (ROI) for IT projects and assess the financial benefits of IT investments, ensuring that the organization is getting a good return on its IT spending.
Lead the development, creation, implementation and maintenance of the Group enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring it aligns with the organization's business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
Lead the management of IT security team to ensure that IT systems are secure and compliant with all relevant regulations across locals and global operations.
Lead the design, development and implementation of the enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies across local and global operations.
Manage and ensure constant research and development, in line with global trends and aligned to the business strategic imperatives.
Lead the proactive management and identification and mitigation of risks associated with technology solutions and architectures across the global operations to ensure that technical solutions are secure by design through a close collaboration with the Group information Security Officer
Manage and lead the assurance and compliance with security policies, regulations, and industry standards across the global operations.
Mentor and coach Solutions Architects and other IT professionals across the local and global operations.
Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies and provide strategic leadership to ensure that the organisation's IT infrastructure is positioned to take advantage of new opportunities.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- BSc Computer Science, Information Systems or related
- Any other relevant technology degree
- Postgraduate qualification and / or a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) will be advantageous
- CISSP, CISM, or CISA
- TOGAF, Zachman, or similar enterprise architecture certifications
- Enterprise architecture certifications
- 10-12 years’ experience with minimum of 5 years in an Enterprise Architecture role.
