**Application Criteria**: B.Com Marketing or B.A Marketing Communication, B.Tech Marketing, PR or Media or other appropriate qualification. Advantageous: Additional qualifications/specialisation in digital marketing, SEO, inbound marketing, and/or content marketing.

**Experience**: 3-5 years of relevant experience (medium weight) in either a project management, client service or traffic management role in a corporate, NGO, truly integrated advertising, digital brand or marketing communication agency, content or digital PR agency, or similar role. Advantageous: Experience working in the financial services or B2B services industries or corporate affairs. Experience working on direct marketing, personal selling or marketing automation campaigns.

**Purpose of Job**:
The Inbound Marketing Coordinator and Traffic Manager role at RisCura is essential in supporting our Brand and Marketing functions. This position involves coordinating projects, driving inbound marketing strategies, and managing traffic flow. Client service: Exhibiting exceptional client service skills, striving to provide personalised and prompt assistance, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Project management and time management skills: Able to effectively plan, organise, and coordinate tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery of deliverables. This includes skills related to managing time effectively, setting priorities, clearly communicating with team members, and organising tasks.

Marketing: Strategically identifying, understanding, and satisfying customer needs and wants through a combination of active listening, critical thinking, communication, and customer-centric strategies to drive business growth/objectives.

Microsoft Office savvy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, project management tools, file management systems, collaboration platforms, and other digital tools.

Reporting skills: Able to analyse and present data clearly and concisely, providing actionable insights and facilitating informed decision-making for stakeholders.

Strong communication and English language proficiency: Both written and verbal, enabling clear and effective expression of ideas, while adapting to diverse audiences and contexts. Demonstrated mastery of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, facilitating precise and articulate communication in professional and cross-cultural settings.

**Monthly/Daily Tasks**:
Project /Traffic/Editorial Co-ordination:

- Serve as the central point of contact for all incoming marketing and project requests.
- Support the content and earned media strategy by assisting with editorial management of the content pieces, including articles to press releases.
- Coordinate project kick-off meetings, status updates, and reviews.
- Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when necessary to ensure timely project delivery.
- Create project schedules, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues.
- Maintain a repository of project assets, including all files, templates, and documentation. Ensure that all relevant project information and assets are properly documented and accessible, like file management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions.

Marketing Co-Ordination:

- Take a brief from internal clients, assess requirements, ask probing questions to fully understand the client's expectations and requirements, establish timelines, and utilise available resources.
- Use marketing and marketing communication skills to translate the client's needs and project requirements, and outline what resources are required, highlighting key elements the Brand Marketing team should focus on.
