Our Animal Nutrition & Health division operates at a top-tier level and is currently experiencing growth, necessitating the need for this position to optimize warehouse procedures. The role involves ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely delivery while maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration across various departments is essential, even without formal hierarchical authority.
In this role, you will oversee a range of warehousing functions including system management, housekeeping, storage optimization, labeling, inventory control, and distribution. You will be responsible for managing the entire warehouse process across two locations, as well as overseeing stock movement and inventory management at our off-site toll manufacturer. This involves tasks such as receiving, storing, and dispatching materials to meet the needs of both internal and external customers, with support from the Warehouse Supervisor and Assistants.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Ensure accurate reception and movement of raw materials.
- Supervise container offloading and verify deliveries.
- Verify quantities against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
- Customer returns handling, receive and record returned goods on SAP.
- Picking and generating delivery notes and scheduling dispatch.
- Coordinate outgoing materials with production and purchasing.
- Manage stock movement and discrepancies on SAP.

**You bring**
- Diploma/degree in Warehouse Management with expertise in Import and Export processes.
- Proficiency in scheduling, reporting, and handling chemical materials.
- Experience in Quality Control to ensure accurate receipt and processing of materials.
- Expertise in SAP modules for inventory control and management.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO 22000 standards.
- Ability to develop and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
