**INVOICING & CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR**
The Invoicing & Claims Administrator is responsible for accurate invoicing of 30day, COD & Claim accounts.
**REQUIRED COMPETENCY & TRAINING**
- Grade 12
- MS office with Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong Reconciliation skills
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar environment
- Excellent Communication and planning skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Deadline driven and able to work under pressure
**RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES**
- Creating invoicing recons
- Open COD accounts
- Raising Proforma and Tax Invoices from Drawings
- Cross check Tax invoices
- Follow up on Payments
- Weekly Credit Control
- Resolving invoicing queries
- Submitting Customer claims by deadline dates
- Preparing monthly reports for FM
- Liaising with customers and QS’s
- General Filing & scanning
- Annual audit selections
- Manage 1 staff member
**OTHER**:
- Working hours 07:30 to 16:00 Monday to Friday
