Our Nationwide hazardous waste management company is seeking a **Procurement Administrator **for our **Benoni **branch.

The Procurement Administrator would be responsible for:

- Sourcing suppliers and goods
- Generate Purchase Orders daily (SageEvolution)
- Ensuring that purchase orders are approved and sent to suppliers
- Ensuring invoices are received for purchase orders issued and submitted as per internal procedures
- Ensuring new suppliers completed and submitted vendor documents as per internal procedure
- Completing of daily schedules as required
- Assisting with requesting costings to verify allocation of costs from costings department
- Submit creditors invoice for payment.
- Creating packing lists and Delivery notes to various sites.
- Assisting with ad-hoc requests and tasks

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- 2-4years ‘experience in buying role and associated administrative duties
- Experience with financial entries regarding stock on an accounting software package
- Relevant Diploma and/or BCom Degree (Finance, Supply Chain Management / Business Administration)
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with Outlook and SharePoint

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Benoni, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
