**About us**

BVNK is on a mission to make banking and payments work for crypto. Digital finance has evolved fast and traditional finance is yet to catch up. BVNK bridges the gap between fiat and crypto payments so innovative businesses can make crypto their competitive edge, engage new audiences, and unlock new revenue streams. Using our platform, customers can incorporate crypto into their payment flows and send and receive instant payments in over 150 currencies.

We are a diverse team spread across the UK, Europe, and South Africa, with a shared belief that in the next five years all payment flows will interact with crypto, and BVNK will be at the forefront of this shift. We recently raised 40m in series A funding, and we're looking for smart, ambitious people to help us build the next generation of payments

**About the role**:
**As **Special Projects Operator **your **focus** will be on**:

- Assist with managing & executing incoming project pipeline and serve as the Project Manager for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have an understanding of our products, particularly from a customer perspective, in order to serve as a key stakeholder in project linked activities.
- Adapting an agile project management methodology across the various departments and contributing to best practices.
- Be interested in the global regulatory landscape that exists for traditional payment institutions & crypto asset service providers, in order to support group regulatory expansion efforts.
- Leverage data and storytelling to support decision-making, measure success, escalate risks, and monitor adoption
- Make use of Business Analysis methodologies to support project outcomes. (e.g drafting process flows, swimlanes etc)

**We are looking for someone who can**:

- Draft workflows, processes, business/project plans, regulatory & governance materials and any other documentation that would support a specific project.
- Present project reports, strategic group presentations to Senior Management & Clients on an occasional basis.
- Identify, manage, and keep stakeholders informed throughout project

**What we need from you**
- 1-2 years of experience in project management related activities in the payments, fintech or crypto industry.
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
- Initiative to upskill, and tackle problems directly making incremental improvements each day.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member, without ego or in silos
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Ability to investigate and troubleshoot client/product/business issues.
- Understands the operating environment and requirements of a fast growing crypto fintech scale up
- Humble, ambitious, naturally curious and takes a proactive approach to work
- Excited about working at the intersection of traditional and crypto financial systems
